Summertime

Fall, Winter, and Spring all have their perks, but I am definitely a Summer girl at heart! Nothing rejuvenates me more than soft sandy beaches and playing in the salty waves all day - and I've taken this summer to disconnect a little and truly immerse myself in the joys of my favorite season. 

Not to say I haven't been busy! Beach and camping trips were broken up by the start of my in-person classes at Zen Space Wellness Studio in Oviedo! I'm so thrilled to be back in the studio, sharing bellydance with a whole new community, After a short beginner series to introduce bellydance, now classes are open level: whether you're new or a seasoned pro, we'll explore technique and drills, with a focus on fun and fitness!

Also, all the love to my friends at World Dance Orlando for inviting me to perform at their Midsummer Revue - and welcoming my silly burlesque act on their big stage (iykyk)!

What's next for the rest of 2024? I'm excited to be back at SCPS for their Employee Wellness Program. Barre classes are BACK, starting in August for employees only. Details on my website!
