BellyDance Fitness: Discover grace, fitness, and confidence! Laura breaks down bellydance movements and technique designed for both fun and fitness. Learn conditioning exercises, beginning isolations, traveling moves, layering, and more, and build your skills with fun dance combos and drills. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to finesse your technique, all levels welcome – no previous dance experience required! Barre Fitness: Ballet-themed workouts are one of the top fitness trends today, popular for conditioning and toning results. First, we'll explore a range of exercises focusing specifically on abdominals, thighs, and glutes. Then we'll use balance while doing isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion lower body movements. Laura was certified by Barre Above® in July 2018. Happy Hour Bellydance: Sometimes we need tha t little extra push to get us to the weekend, but instead of empty calories and large bar tabs, fill your happy hour with fun, friends, and fitness! Grab your closest girlfriends and learn the art of bellydance through a high-energy dance workout featuring a vigorous warm up, arm, chest and hip isolations combined with dance steps to help tone and strengthen. All levels of fitness welcome, especially beginners - no previous dance experience required! New Moon Barre Stretch: ONLINE ONLY Indulge in a luxurious stretch session designed to help you unwind and refocus during a monthly class corresponding with the New Moon. The New Moon lunar phase represents starting anew; a clean slate to set intentions, as well as taking the time to slow down, be present, and reflect. Explore stretch and gentle isolation exercises that can benefit you physically and mentally by relieving tight muscles, improving blood flow and posture, as well as reducing stress and enhancing sleep. Prepare for a restful end of your day and renewed energy for the month ahead with this class! Open to all fitness levels – perfectly timed to 45-minutes to fit your busy schedule. |
