SCPS Employee Classes

Laura is grateful to partner with Seminole County Public Schools to offer Barre classes to employees as part of the district's Wellness program. These classes are offered for employees only, at no charge.
In Person Barre Fitness is offered on select Wednesdays at the ESC.
